Ponal is a 55 square meter circa apartment at first floor of our house.
It consists of a queen-size bed room and a second bed room, along with bathroom equipped with bath shower and washing machine, and it gives hospitality up to four people.
The living room and a well equipped kitchen corner compose the open space from which there’s access to the balcony (5 square meter circa) with wonderful Garda Lake panorama and, in a corner, little table and chairs to relax.
Services included in the price:

- * baby’s cot (limited number of, depending on availability);
- * TIGNALE CARD which, during summer season, gives free entrance at Prabione public outdoor swimming pool (5min. by car), free mini bus transport to the wonderful lakeside Tignale’s harbour beaches, free entrance at historic “Pra de’ La Fam” lemon trees house (Tignale’s harbour) and discounts on many guided walks and visits!
Extra services with payment: sheets supply (8,00 euros each), towels supply (4,00 euros each), daily or midweek cleaning (20,00 euros each).
Restrictions: animals/pets not allowed.

Sehr ruhig und entspannt. Frühstück mit blick auf den Gardasee.

The “Ponal” apartment in Gardola/Tignale comes with a beautiful southbound view from about 500m down on Lake Garda. Carolina, the host was very friendly, the hospitality of her and her family really made the apartment a home! She had lots of helpful tips upon our arrival e.g. for restaurants, outdoor activities and points of interest, mostly concerning the nearer vincinity of Tignale. I clearly would recommend a stay at this place, there is absolutly nothing bad to state about the place nor the host.
Coming to Mario’s House is always a bit like coming home. We spent eight holidays here so far, and there are surely more to come. The appartments are spacious and have everything to feel at home, started from comfortable bedding to a nicely equipped kitchen with fridge, stove (some with oven), microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine and a good collection of differently sized pots and pans as well as nice crockery, and a comfortable bathroom with shower/tub, bidet and a washing machine. The balcony offers a wonderful view down the lake towards the south, some days you can see as far as the Appenines, and this is the perfect spot for a nice breakfast as well as a glass of wine late in the evening when you can enjoy the lights along the lake shore.
The house is situated right in the centre of Gardola, with the church next door and a number of restaurants and shops just around the corner, here especially to mention Il Forno, a wonderful bakery we used to visit every morning. Even Germans get happy here 😉
Carolina manages the appartments and welcomes her guests in a wonderful way with little surprises, and I advice you to use her linen service, it’s truly enjoyable. Paolo can give you helpful advice if you enjoy trekking in the mountains, he will tell you all the spots worth seeing. Carolinas parents run the shop downstairs, and if you enjoy practising your Italian, you should go there for a little shopping and talking. Living in the same house with the whole family gives you a feeling of really being in Italy.

Herzlicher Empfang von sehr lieber Vermieterin
Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passte gut.
Carolina verwöhnt ihre Gäste mit Selbstgebackenem, eine Begrüßungsflasche Wein empfing uns und es fehlte an nichts.
Der Blick vom Balkon auf den See ist einfach toll!
Tignale ist ein reizender Ort hoch oben über dem See, man fährt bis zur Gardesana aber 8 km.
E’ il secondo anno che trascorriamo a Tignale gli ultimi giorni d’estate.
Abbiamo scelto anche quest’anno l’appartamento Ponal di Mario ‘s House perché è un luogo raccolto, a due passi dalla chiesa parrocchiale in una delle più belle vie del paese e al tempo stesso aperto alla vista del lago, vicino agli imbocchi dei sentieri, ai negozi ed ai servizi.
L’appartamento non è il solito posto asettico e pseudo funzionale ma un luogo preparato con cura, gestito con professionalità, cortesia e discrezione.

Per il quinto anno consecutivo abbiamo trascorso una settimana rilassante a Gardola sul Lago di Garda e, per il quinto anno consecutivo, abbiamo alloggiato negli appartamenti Mario’s House di Carolina e Paolo.
L’appartamento per quattro persone, molto pulito e ben arredato, è composto da soggiorno/cucina, due camere da letto, un bagno con un ampio box doccia e un meraviglioso terrazzo vista lago oltre a essere dotato di tutti i confort presenti in una casa di proprietà (TV LCD, WiFi, lavatrice, asse e ferro da stiro, detersivi per pulizia, …).
Al nostro arrivo, come di consuetudine, abbiamo trovato ad attenderci una buonissima torta fatta in casa e una bottiglia di vino per festeggiare l’inizio della vacanza.
Molto comodo è risultato il piccolo negozio di casalinghi/alimentari di proprietà della famiglia situato al piano terra della struttura.
Per l’intero soggiorno ci è stata fornita la Tignale card che ci ha dato diritto alla fruizione gratuita di numerosi servizi come: il bus navetta per raggiungere la spiaggia di Tignale (15 min), l’ingresso alla piscina comunale, escursioni (mtb, nordic walking e a piedi) con guida e innumerevoli scontistiche su attività/esercizi commerciali (parco avventura, …).
Praticissimo il deposito biciclette coperto nel cortile interno e l’ampio parcheggio gratuito a una cinquantina di metri.
Consigliamo a tutti gli amanti del sole, del lago, della montagna, del relax, dello sport, dell’aria sana e di una casa vacanze dall’atmosfera familiare, di soggiornare a Gardola negli appartamenti Mario’s House.
Ringraziamo di cuore Carolina e Paolo che sono sempre stati disponibili e cordiali ad accogliere tutte le nostre esigenze e a coccolarci per tutta la durata della vacanza.
